I'm a beginner, my tank has been up and running for about 7 weeks.

I have bought my fish under the guidance of books and aquarium staff - but to be honest, everyone tells me something different.

1 got 4 mollies to start with - they are all fine, 1 a little aggressive. They had 5 babies within a week, but only one super-baby has survived.

I then added 7 cardinal tetras, 1 which was killed a few weeks later.

I've recently added 2 dwarf gouramis and 4 guppies - all male, as i was told that this was fine

I came home last night and one of my guppies and 1 tetra had been killed. I am not sure who the culprit is and whether all my fish are compatible together, or whether i just have too much testosterone in the tank - and should get some females.

All the fish have been perfectly healthy, with no odd behaviour at all.

I'm feeding them flakes once a day, and bloodworms once a week - is this enough?

Could it be my mollies are making the killings - they are bigger than everything else except the gouramis? What do i do? As a novice, i'm getting v. upset about all these deaths! Advice gratefully received!

how big is the tank? do you know for certian the were killed as opposed to dying from disease/poor water quality etc?

It's a 100L tank. Water quality seems okay, PH 7.5/8 and the fish looked healthy with no odd behaviour before their deaths.
