my zoo colony

The first coral i bought was some green zoo's.
I bought them on a small peice of live rock and they have totally populated it now.
I was thinking if i put it on my bigger peice of life rock maybe they would colonise on it.
Is this true? In time would they colinise on the larger peice of rock if i were to sit the smaller peice on it?

They will but the are very slow growers usually.

well for some reason that theory does not work for all zoo's.
I have had mine zoo's for about 1 and a half months and since i bought them they have almost trippled in size.

Then why ask?
If they are growing rapidy you can surely see how they are progressing and expanding?

just wasnt sure if they would grow on other rock, Thats why i asked
