Your tank looks very nice indeed. I do not know much about plants but the one on the bottom right looks like vallisara, usually called vallis. I have a plant in my tank and I don't know what it is and I have a vallis, they spread. :)

never had a prob with the terhometer i have to say need to move it form the front spoils the pic a bit tho

edit: spelling

nice tank i have the same themometer and mine falls off sometimes just find it floatin at the top quite often

The suction cup is probably weakened. They usually weaken if they have been unsuctioned a lot.

I would replace the suction cup, or the whole thermometer all-together. Theyre only about £2 anyway

front skinny plants look like corkscrew vallis, back left camobea, next to that looks like ludwigia, the broader leafed red plant looks like a red ruben sword, theres some rotella interspersed on the left side, and the front skinny looks like a sag. but I'm not sure...
nice looking tank!

The one on the far left at the front with white edged leaves and also the one at the front on the far right with long thin leaves are both non-aquatics I think, you'd be best off removing them now before they die and pollute the tank.

The others look good thou :)
