I previously posted on here a mess that I ended up making when putting plants into my tank. I had a bit of bog wood and used superglue to attach it. I've pulled all that out now, the moss wasn't growing as I had liked it too, maybe it was the superglue stopping the moss from growing.
I was also annoyed about the tannins coming out the wood. I boiled and steeped the wood and nothing came off it. As soon as I put it in the tank the water turned lol.
I've now put stones in with Java Moss attached to them using fishing gut. I've attached some Java Fern aswell. Hopefully the plants will attach, they should do. My only concern is, have I laid on the moss to thick. Here is new pictures. Ignore the gravel, it's getting changed shortly. The glass on the tank is needing a clean aswell.
Do you have any tips to help the moss and fern grow? I use some ferts from Pets at Home, once a week, should I continue with that?
