I have 5 platys, 1 cory, 5 loaches, 2 chines algae eaters, 2 black skirt tetra 3 red tail tetras 2 bubble bee and its a 21 gallon

Thanks I don't like the bubble pipe were you can see it still trying to work with that!! I have finally got my husband into letting me getting a 55 gallon and I can' wait I am trying to get this one planted up !!

Are the large leaved plants real or fake? (they are really good!)

im not a fan of the gravel, not since you have cory in there, poor things are schooling fish and should be kept in a minimum of 6 and on sand. Tetras also a schooling fish.

You can buy suction cups to hold the air pipe. I got mines for a couple of quid out of pets at home.

I know that its fully stocked I am pushing the limits now!!!! I am not going to buy n e more finish until we have that 55 gallon! I change it around all this time! Yes all my plants are all real. The big leafy one is the new one to my tank!

Well I just added the pink in there and I really am not liking the pink ( probably not going to put that in my 55 when I get it.) I like the sand but I am worried about how u clean it I have looked all over to find out how to clean it but I can't find n e thing about cleaning the sand. With the gravel I have the gravel cleaner for it....I am liking the sand more and more! I know that the cories are a schooling fish I am going to him more friends when i get the 55....

As for cleaning sand, you just use the gravel cleaner and swirl it around over the top of the sand to lift the dirt off it. Easy peasy. I have sand, so much nicer in the tank

+1 Much much nicer looking than gravel imho & easier to keep clean as the poo etc does not get into it like gravel but rather just sits on the top & is easy to suck up.

needs sand imo and as for the airline suction cups and put it in the corner and plant a amazon sword or something infront of it when it grows it will cover the pipe and the heater looks odd needs to be put in the centre of the tank ( but thats probably me just being wierd )

it's very nice! sand would look lovely too, as well as maybe some more plants at the back
