nice tank but personally i would take the croc skull out though.

When I saw the Rio 240 deal at Seapets, I was so tempted to get one of these skull ornaments, especially the Sabre Tooth!

Good job I did't, as the bogwood covers an area ~24"x15"...

Put a black backgound on, it will make a massive difference :good:

Thanks for posting these Stu

Your tank looks amazing. Even more so to me because "personally" I have never been a fan of ornaments but your miniature crocodile head looks so cool. To the point where I'm wondering what it'd look like with java moss attached.

Really nice tank and very clean sand bottom, you should definitely put a black background will make a lot of difference. That marimo moss balls massive.

Thank you very much everyone, wasnt expecting all these amazing comments! The crocodile head almost got thrown out but my girlfriend said NO... + my polkadot loach lives in the eye with the red tail shark, they spend a good 10 hours a day in there!

I have measured the tank up and have the wood ready but not yet painted, I will paint it back and see what it looks like, thanks for the idea.

Also about the moss on the crocodile head... Im currently trying to grow the stuff on my big piece of bogwood, if successful then ill take some off and grow it on the head as indeed that would look amazing!

Nice photos...

Where have you bought the skull? It is very original :) I have never seen skull in aquarium :)

But i think there should be a background...

Yea im leaning towards a background... In my short life of keeping fish (approx 3 months or so) ive decided I hate them, but will opt for a plan black one. The wood is downstairs behind my van in the carpark, I just need to get round to cutting and painting it.

I got the croc from a pets at home shop. If there is one near you, im sure they will have the same stock.

nice tank :good:
i really love your black red tailed shark :D :hyper:
