wow your tank is amazing, id love to have 1 that big, i have been looking at a few new 1''s today my stand looks really old and tatty now. :hyper:
 
co2 now in that was easier to set up than i imagined... caught my 3 sharks dancing with the clowns last night .....lol
 
I'm surprised no one has mentioned about the air stone yet. Air-Stones + Planted tanks don't mix. You are driving CO2 out of the tank by using an airstone. Get rid, you should find your plants pearl (give off small oxygen bubbles) properly.

Also keep your eye on the balas, they are known plant eaters when they start to mature.

Other than these 2 things the tank itself looks nice and I expect it to look even better when everything grows up!

air stone were take out the day before cos system put in not to worried about the sharks eating the plants later on my saying is if they want it they can have it cause ill only end up replaceing it.....lol
 
my balas are 5years old and 9 inches long and they dont eat plant :no:

kwl i can see a little guppy in the background, dont the sharks try to eat them? :/
 
my balas (charlie,lola and archie)(named by my 5year old :wub: )are real gentle.we have kept them with neons in the past with no problem and at the minute are with guppies,harlequins,silvertips and wcmm with no problems at all :wub: :thumbs: :wub:
 
no guppys in this tank id spend all day taking fry out bad now with swordtails
