My Snail Has Trouble

my tank has many big rocks and driftwood, plants, to gravel, and sand with pebbles.

everytime i find him he is stuck. like as turtle on his back. when i see him like this i pick him up and place him on the flat surface. is my tank not good for him? he probably cant navigate through the rough terrain am i right? anybody have this problem? do i need to either change my tank or put him in a different tank?

snails can usually get themselves upright after they fall off the glass or ornaments. If it is having trouble then it could be the water quality isn't up to scratch. Maybe check the water quality and do a few water changes.
