My roommate has 3 cory catfish that I want to buy from him now I have a 20 gallon aquarium with 4 mollies 3 octo catfish and 2 albino corys and I also got a ten gallon tank with one male betta my question is which tank should I put them in if I buy them? because he I'd moving and can't have a fish tank where going

I'd pop them in the 20g, they'll be happier as a bigger group with your albinos and bettas don't always take kindly to sharing!

I have no space for it because I traded my 16 gallon and a 5 gallon and 50 bucks for his peppered corys and his 20 gallon so I can't afford to buy his

Sounds a bit lopsided, but that's not the point. That's a nice upgrade you got there for the community fish/tank.
