Out of all the various fry in my tank, a week ago I found a absolutely amazing one! Just after my female swordtail gave birth, she died. However the fry have remained! :

But that one is definitely unusual as far as I've seen

Look forward to seeing it when it grows :)

He's growing fast already! xD
Not sure of sex, but I'm hoping its a he, so oh well.
Can two male swordtails be kept together though?

I cant find anything like it on google! :D

I believe so but would also like to know. Before I came to the stocking I'm going to have now I wanted swordtails but I only like the males..hopefully I can do that in a future tank.

That looks really cool! I can't wait to see it full grown!
Sorry to hear about the mother :rip:

Lovely little fish! Hope it continues to thrive - it seems to be doing well so far.

I keep 2 males and 2 females most of the time they are alright but although they are similar in size the gold is deffo a bully when he  wants to be

I agree. An amazing specimen indeed!

The banding usually stretches out as they grow and doesn't stay banded. It becomes more of a splash of black on the red fish :)
My partner has some Mollies that look identical in his shop at the moment.

do you mean like the wag paradise?

No, the bands just stretch out and become faded black patches rather than bands :)
