My Poor Girls...

I fed my girls crushed pellet like I have been ever since I got them 2-3 weeks ago. Well, tonight, three of them regurgitated it. They are acting healthy otherwise... and even after they spit it all up, they tried to eat some more. They don't even have stress stripes or any visible signs of illness. What's going on?

Bettas tend to swallow food and then spit it out as a way of chewing the food before digesting it.
