I have just noticed that one of my Albino cory catfish has lost its two 'whiskers' on one side of its head! It has been very subdued for a couple of days, and was always sitting at the back of the tank, so I couldn't see anything. But have just seen that these whiskers are missing. The poor guy looks disinterested when looking for food. Could this have happened by accident, or do you think that another fish has attacked him?? He is in a tank with 4 black widow tetras, two pink tetras, two blue tetras, two dalmation mollies and two algae eaters.

My buddies Pictus Cat lost a whisker either rubbing on a rock or bitten off by a Chiclid. It's growing back slowly. I don't know if this translates to your Cory but I would think it would grow back slowly.
