Personally i would move the eggs into a large breeding net(which you can get from your local fish store) for now and keep the net in the current tank for now, buy a 10gal tank later when the eggs hatch with suitable heater and filter and read up in this link on avoiding (and treating if need be) new tank syndrome and fishless cycling/setting up a new tank as it will have alot of useful info for you;
