I complained once to took them nearly a month to reply, even then it was a pretty standard reply letter, so I doubt anything was done.
You would be better going in & asking to speak to the manager
Just to balance things, not all chains are bad, I have 2 near me, one is very good, the other is awful

I have a P@H near me that is awfull, but there is another one not so far away that is great.
