I tried it again last night still no joy, but today it worked straight away.

Wow those are amazing! 
One thing i miss about college was doing art... was only good with a pen like a fine liner or Biro

I know so-called real artists used to look down on biro terribly, but I'm like you, I prefer it to almost all other media! Maybe, like me, you doodled too much in lessons

haha what else do you do in lessons but yeah i love using pens over anything else. think i was the only one as well... it was weird because i hate pencils.

Briliant work! The dogs are my favorite because they all seem to radiate a life to them which makes the work special. A lot of people can't master adding that touch of life to work, but you seem to have no problem. The second link you shared was also great!
