My opinion!

I keep seeing alot of new commers that only seem to be posting about 10-20 posts then leaving the site for good, this is a waist of good login names you can choose from and a waist of our time, we would like it if you stayed for a while, that way we can walk you through your guy's problems and see what's going on in your tanks in the future!

I've gotta say that although it would be nice to have updates and see how people are doing a lot of people come on here with a problem in mind not to spend the hours we do on here Personally it doesn't worry me, if I've managed to help somebody out thats the main thing

Some people don't have time to be on a pc all day. If they need help and come and post to get a resolution and aren't interested in staying after that, that's perfectly fine.

who really cares, if they stay or not when I first can here it was for the same reason I had 2 red bellied pirhanas and wanted more info on them, and at first it took a while for me to really feel welcome, of course that is just how I am when I don't know anybody, while I may be out spoken it is only in the company of those that I know, but it was through the efforts of people like SMB and all of the staff and admins, and the many knowlegeable people here that made me really feel at home. I don't think that it is a waste of time and effort if people get some help on what they want to know even if it isn't nessicarily a problem but just a hunt for more information.

Well, I certainly received a lot of help and understanding today. I had been planning to sign/register for a while, but being new to this type of site, I wanted to make sure I would fit in.

As it is, Nemo is lost to me, but if I start again with another, I will certainly be back for advice and updating.

I people get good advice then they will feel free to come back again.........because no matter how good you are there WILL be another problem.

Each answer to each question can save many fishy lives, just because people are not posting doesnt mean they are not here, it may just be that they can find the answers to their questions in a previous thread

Using the forum as you wish is fine with me, but dont help yourself to the cookies unless you have given something back

I think some of us consider the other members of the forum to be our friends. I know I do. It's like being a part of one big happy family and I really enjoy posting to newbies to welcome them to it.

It kinda makes us feel sad when they suddenly disappear.

But we can send them emails or pms to let them know they're missed........
