Holy sh*t, Silver, did you forget to take your medication today? What the hell is wrong with you? You have some serious issues. You're Deffinatly one of those 'creeps' of the world that have nothing better to do than to sit on the internet and fight with some people in Australia on weather or not the fish of a person that lives in Texas is a Midas or a BP? You have children right? why don't you pry yourself away from your treaured internet and go spend some time with those poor kids. I'm glad my mom always had time to raise me when i was a kid instead of sitting on the internet bi*tc*ing at people half way around the world about a fish!!!!

Congrats, you've just added to the dying of fish, and the inhumane 'torture'' of fish.

If I were you i would listen to Vip, he is very expiranced with aggressive cichlids, oh and, I've never heard of anybody being on good terms with their LFS owner, they are not one bit knowledgable about fish.

Also, NO WHERE in these posts dose Synirr even state that this fish has a deformed mouth or not. One of my BPs mouth works about 60% normal and I've personally seen some that work fully.

No, the fish doesn't seem to have any trouble swimming at all... he uses the tips of his dorsal and anal fins for swimming.
Also, if you had bothered to read any of my previous posts (I think I mentioned this in almost every single one of them,) I am thrilled that this fish is at least partly midas. I do not like how blood parrots look, but bought this fish anyway because I had the suspicion it was not going to end up looking like any blood parrot I've ever seen.
That said, I have no intention of returning it, but rather, will buy it a separate tank as soon as it starts showing any sign of aggression (or sooner.)

Thanks for... you know... paying attention to what I've said, and restating what everyone else has already mentioned 3084930128401 times about midas aggression levels. </sarcasm>

Edit: Thanks, too, for noticing that I had already posted a pic of a sweetheart blood parrot, and therefore am obviously aware of what they look like. The only reasons I thought for even a second that the fish I bought is a blood parrot are A ) I didn't know if 3-4" blood parrots look the same as adults B ) It's missing a tail, like sweetheart blood parrots. The second reason it why I still think it might be a blood parrot/midas hybrid.

There are SOOOOO many varieties of the Blood Parrot it is literally insane to say that this fish is one or the other......JMHO The little guy could grow up looking totally like a Midas. That won't change the fact of how rude some of you are.....and imature RON!

Synirr, I don't care what it is (mainly because I know absolutely nothing about parrots or cichlids ), but it is a very beautiful fish and it's very lucky that you gave it a loving home, dyed or not. Congrats on the new additon.

Its a Fish Synirr Likes and Got It, Its shape and face Depict Definite Midas - Sp Yes it will become very Aggressive and most Likely want to fight Other TankMates.

If that time Comes Synirr Will Deal with It.

Its a nice fish. This kind of stinks bcuz if anyone says for people to stop acting like children they will be flamed and if no one says anything they will continue to bite each others heads off. Also does it really matter what this fish is. It is possible to rehome a fish if it gets too aggressive as im sure Synirr will if it comes to that. Great fish Synirr

Also does it have trouble swimming? I wouldnt think so but i dont really know a lot about bp's or midas's
