My Newest Cichlid

Is this definately a Blue Acara? Looks different to other's I've seen.

They look like a Blue Acara to me - great photos btw Can we get any side on shots just to double check ID? There are 3 species that get traded under the name Blue Acara quite commonly and further other species that get given the common name too. The face markings look a little silvery so could it be A.Latifrons?

It's not a pulcher for sure. I'm leaning toward latifrons too. I know I didn't spell that right.

It resembles a young Green Terror as well which is A, Rivaltus or something like that. But the head doesn't look like it will be humpy when it gets older. It's a tough call on this one. It might be easier as it grows. What is the temperament like on the fish?

I'm rather convinced that it's a Andinoacara latifrons, but it can also be a Andinoacara pulcher. It depends on the collecting site??
