Ok, thank you! :) It looked TERRIBLE when I got it, and it was rinsed when I took the picture.

Thank you very much!! It helped A LOT! :) Thanks! :)

Mine had dried green algea in massive clunks, a sponge wouldn't do the job, i had to use one of those what window cleaners use to get the soap of the windows.

It was disgusting, it looks like new now though! :)

Yes, mine had algae and some brownish disgusting stuff in the corners, and the sides...

but the chemicals did the job! ;)
Thanks again, I was worried that my future fish will die...

Nice size tank =D

Could you not 'borrow' some of the filter media from your friends tank to speed things up a bit?

I could, and I will! :)

I just have to get a stand, then I have to get 2 filters (Under gravel and external :) ), then I have to get some substrate, rocks, wood, and start cycling! :)

Yes I am doing a fish less cycle, but it's really hard to find nice angels here in London... :(

So yes, fishless cycle. I have to clean the tank, then get a filter, sand, ornaments, plants, cycle it, and then add fish.

Long process, but totally worth it! ;)

Where in London are you? Nice find! I have a 300l too, keeps me busy anyway!

Have you been to the Aquatic Design Centre, its pretty close to oxford street but if you are ever around central its definitely worth a visit, if you havent been already :good:

Plenty! Its on great portland street, you'll be suprised how mich they fit in, considering the lack of space in the west end

Hm... never been there before! I'm gonna go check it out tomorrow! I also have to buy some silicone, just to make the tank a little bit stronger, so I'll be out anyway. :)

Is it close the Starbucks?

Lol learn something new everyday... Erm is the starbucks near the grt port st tube? The Aquatic design centre is roughly half way down opposite a pub that I cant remember the name of...

What substrate do you plan on using? Gravel/sand, and what type? :)

I am going to use gravel, because I will have an undergravel filter which will suck the dirt from the rocks... Sand is great too, but I don't want to syphone every week... :)
