Nah that's the same species of bristleworm I've been pulling out of my nano the last couple weeks. Like others said, great scavengers...but if the cleanup crew gets badly unbalanced they can take over

Oh cool,

I have noticed more and more of them, so i think i need to get a clean up crew asap!

I dont really like snails, but love the red/blue claw hermits. Do I have any other choices?

Or how many hermits should i get for my 10g?

It doesnt really matter if you don't "like" snails, you need them for your clean-up crew.

For a 10G I would suggest 4-5 snails (3 turbos, 2 sand sifters?) and maybe 3 hermits?
