My new gourami is sick

Today I got a new dwarf gourami from petsmart, but I didn’t realize there was an issue with it until I got home. I was hoping someone might have an idea what it is but I think it might be fin rot.

Dwarf gourami are special in that they have their own special disease with no cure, and are usually prevalent in gourami that come from big box stores like petsmart. Id take the fish back as it will most likely die and if one really wants a dwarf gourami try and find a reputable breeder.
