since the first time me and nik went to our lfs there has been this one fish that alwayslooked lonely and really sad. Today we finally got him and he is swimming aroundand islooking 100 times better in his new home. When we got him the lfs said that they had 20 to start with and he was the only one left and had been for ages. They were glad that he finally had a home. I think he is the cutest thing ever so here is a pic to see what you all think...

the male BN in the background, is 3 1/2' so that gives you some kinda of idea.
I think he's about 3", certainly not above 4', kinda like an oversized cory that no one loved :D

except me

Are you feeding him anything extra? he will realy benifet from being fed some catfish pelets, corys love them and it offers all the nutrition they need :) .
He's a lovely cory too, have you got any other corys in the tank with him?

Weird, my petstore has that type of cory and they are big like that too. They never have smaller ones.

3inchs is a common max size for alot of corys, it just means he is most likely mature/adult; my lfs stocks young albino corys alot of the time and despite reaching 3inchs they never sell them at more than an inch long.
Its very common for lfs to stock fish at a young and not full grown size- if they sold full grown common plecs they would have to be at least a year old before they reached max size which wouldn't be very profitable for the lfs, so they sell them young etc.

im glad you all like him he is a Brochus multiradiatus that i know for sure. I have just been down to check on him and hes not looking to good -_- he is slumped on his side and not as active as he was yesterday. Is there any thing i can give him to help him?
Thanks Fayebee
