My new breeding pair (pics)

Today i just got such a unique betta!OMG hes beutiful. Hes a CT with those long and curly pectoral fins. I love him. He is like a pinkish. A dark pinkish. With a metalic teal. Oh and i got a new female. Shes a ct but shes nuthing special at the moment. Hopefully she will burst out into beuty with a lil tlc. Year shes that violet greyish. But my other female was like that when i first got her and now shes a buetiful rich purple. There in 1 gallon quarintines. Foe about a week. They look healthy but dont want to take chances poping them into my 20 gallon right away.(not for right away breeding just for the divided sides. its easyer for cleaning.) heres some pics. oh and ill add a pic of one divided side of the 20 gallon for people 2 see. That would be 5 gallons per betta. Pretty good i think.

Wow, beautiful! Can you get a better shot of his fins, when he is displaying? I would have guessed him for a VT!

Yeah my computers cam really sucks. It would take me like 20 minutes to take the cam out. Yeah he really isnt that aggresive. Hes hasnt flared once. but the tail fin has like 3 spikes extending from the rest of the tail. But you could mostly see the ct qualities on the fin under him hanging down. Its like both my ct females. Just longer. Yeah hes cool. Sorry the pics maybe ill update with better pics after condotioning.

Maybe a little CT in his background but I personally think he is mostly VT.,. but I am pretty bad at tail types...

But since you can see him and I can't, I'll shutup

No im sure hes ct the pics just suck trust me just look at the tail fin in the second picture where the spike stickes out. U just cant see the little ones stickeng out under him with these crapy pics. I am comparing him with my walmart vt i have like 2 feet away and there tails a clearly diffrent here in person

Ok nice bettas but the thing is no betta is the same. My new betta might not be such a strong ct as your very nice specimine. The pictures are very bad trust me. And just anyone whos gonna post hes a vt algain dont even bother cause im just going to write my same respones for the forth time. lol trust me i also have a vt betta two feet away from him and his tail differs alot. I also think he has clamp fins. Probably from being in a little cup. Maybe hes something else. Im saying hes a ct from the fin that hangs under his belly it is wery simmilar to my ct females. Dont hate him cause hes beutiful.lol

Don't get mad or defensive here, but your CT looks like a VT with split fins.


EDIT didn't see your previous post, I'm not saying it IS a VT, but that is what the pics look like. Maybe, if you are sure he has rays, he is a combtail maybe?

Maybe in the pic he does. But right here in front of him as im seeing it someone would have sat hours with a little scissor to get all the little detale his tail has. Seriosely i talling you guys that dont judge the pics. There horrible. Hes not a vt and im starting to take offense cause im telling you guys my response and the reson and you guys are coming up with responses only someone can have if they were right here in front of him. Note every one elses pics are taken with digital cameras when mine is with a ten dollor computer cam.
