My new boys are here!

And I am a dumb dumb. I left the camera cord at work. AGAIN.
I took oh, about 30 photos already - and they're still in their cups acclimating.
I went to go transfer them and upload them and no cord. uugh

SO... They're both beautiful.
One of them looks just like Jasper - the other one has a pineapple colored body with blue and red. He's a pretty chewed up ct.

I wish I could show them to you.
Off i go to transfer some more water.

I've decided to name them Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy. B)

Geeze Bettamomma, here I was clicking on this thread excited at seeing some pics, and here you are without your camera cord! They sure do sound pretty though. Looking forward to pics! Love their names. I used to be a big sponge bob fan, but haven't seen an episode in quite a while.

So we got back to her house and Stan was dead, too... and Bo's not looking too hot either... and the puffer was floating around at the top of the tank. It's just not a good day here in betta land...

Lost White Fish, Stan and the new marble fish along with one of her frogs in the past 2 weeks... the girls are still fine. Both the tap water AND tank water all tested fine, but this time one of the Petco people decided to tell us that they can't test for everything... like zinc and things.

Yeah, Culligan's getting a call on Monday and they're gonna get their butts out there and test the dang water. *Saucy speaking* I am SO pissed off right now... if the water is killing my fish, I sure as hell don't want to be drinking it...

Anywho, THANK YOU SO MUCH, BettaMomma!! As soon as the boy is done changing my puffer water, we're going to decorate the new 10 gallon for the boys. You are FAR too generous... honestly, I don't know how we can repay you.

Ok, I guess I'm going outside now... and calling mom to tell her to get a cup of water from the girls tank and put Bo in it...

The boys here are flaring each other like crazy thru the mini holes in the plastic canvas. Hopefully that will taper off as the next few days wear off.

Hang in there, you'll figure out what is going on w/the water.

Nope, not softner, we don't have any because there aren't any hard metals, it's well water, and it's naturaly soft. our petco guy said it could be something they can't test for, like a metal, like zinc or something along that nature. we're making culligan come out to test for things! whether they like it or not!

I didn't even realize it, but well.... of course I have Gary the snail, but one of my girls is named Pearl. hee hee I have more of a SpongeBob crew than I even realized.

I do need to get a crab now. (Mr. Krabs) and they need a sponge in their tanks. lol
Not sure if I can pull off a squid... but I could just name something else Squidward i guess.

OH... by the way - the boys look wonderful this morning. They have had their breakfast, and they don't realize it but they're going to be having worms and peas for dinner.
