I got a new fish from AquaBid... he's so unique.... what would you call this tail type?

I need a name...

She said she had two like him and that since I liked him so much, she would throw in the second for free!!! I'm going to give the other one to my roommate.

I'd say Combtail, but, I dunno, something just dosen't look right for it to be a combtail. btw, very nice find. Very pretty. and for 6 bucks? good deal on that.

What a beauty!! He looks like a first generation cross between a delta and a CT to me.

Well, she said it was a CT and HM geno, but I didn't know if there was a special name for what his tail looks like or if you just call it a cross.

No, he's not... he's coming from CA. The one I REALLY wanted was coming from Thailand, but I just couldn't afford shipping costs. But, this boy is DEFINTELY a nice consolation prize.

Sakana is doing much better... I haven't seen any signs of the columnaris since his last wc. I changed his water today in the hospital bowl and left out the meds. (except a little bettafix for his VERY slowly healing fins) If I still don't see any signs of it in the next day or two then I will put him back in the big tank.

Not bad for $6. I like the spots on his tail..very unique. lol could name him polk (or Poke)..since he looks like he has polka dots on him lol.

If the picture is a true representation of his color, I think I will name him Himmel, which is the german word for sky. I kind of like the German names thing... it's fun. I already have one "german" betta... Koenig, which means king. I named him that because from the way his anal fin looks, I think he may have some CT geno.

No other ideas on what to call this tail type?
