Sushi made me laugh :) that was great

Could also try samon puff lol

I do like the name flame esspecaly as he is pure red with silver spots going half up his body (they r really shiny shinyer then my platinum tetras lol)

I tend to give my bettas Japanese names :p Normally from Bleach though (Anime) Ive had Renji, Zabimaru and Kyouraku, all based on their colours :) 'Aka' (ah-kah) means red, 'kasai' (kah-saye) means sort of out of control fire, honoo (Hohno) or kouen (Koh-en) means flame, exact meanings of those two i don't know i can just about hold a general conversation in Japanese i got these off google :good: my English phonetics might not be right but from the japanese ive learnt thats how i'd pronounce them :p

I once had one called sushi, until it ate the other fish in the tank...seemed to be rather apropriate in the the end.

Tend to find online with various translators or native/learned speakers things vairey, All a bit confusing to me atm :D can just be spelling mistakes from where i got them from, Guess its just like English multiple words for the same thing etc.

fenikkusu means Phoenix? Would be フェニックス in Hiragana :)
