Well, the Arctic holds more fascination for me than any tropical sun-boring-bathed paradise, believe me (perhaps because I'm Sicilian).
I actually have in mind Greenland for next winter holidays (enjoyed it in summertime, now I wanna see the real thing).

Yes, I suppose change is always exotic.
 
Cold and white.
After +40 times of cold, white and dark for several months every year the exotic kinda melts a little.
 
Well, I'll go and bolt on the studded winter tires now, you have a great time in Fiji, dreaming of the freezing winter with the sun not coming up at all for a few months.

Solar activity will be at its maximum of the 11-year period this winter! Great northern lights! Still haven't seen it once.
