My Mollie Still Has Not Gave Birth....

well shes really big, Huge! now ive noticed shes breathing heavily, dnt swim as much shes been like this for a few days now what do i do???

Just be patient...they never drop when you want them to. Is she still eating?

dont worry my mollie was like that for about a week untill she had her fry , they will come when she is ready xxx

If you have the stomach for this sort of thing, you can take a razor blade and place the edge of the blade at the edge of the vent (birth canal) and pull forward toward the head of the fish. This will enlarge the vent opening and you can basically wash the fry out with tank water while applying just a bit of pressure to her abdomen.

Sorry to hear that...it is possible that she was having trouble delivering the fry. Just like people, sometimes there are complications during childbirth and...well...fish don't have surgeons.
