A Naso for $15!?!?!? They're usually 10 times that expensive. If that "strawberry pseudochromis is what I think it is, that's a $150 fish...

it might not be a strawberry pseudochromis, might look like one or something, he doesnt know much about fish. A friend of his that does know about fish wrote down the species names for him.

lps = local pet store, he wants to stop the fish part and focus more on the birds, dogs, cats, etc.

Pffft... fish are the best.
I have a dog, cat bird, turtles, snake, and had a hamster, but fish are the best. You don't have to clean up poop that much and they'll live if you forget to feed them for a few days. And you don't have to water them.

it would be a magenta or strawberry dottyback bright pink and cheap as chips here in the uk anyway, the fridmani pseudochromis is the expensiver one!
