i noticed some neon green and deep purple/brown growing on them. please let me know what you think it is.

yeah that looks like a bit of green algae and some of the more desired, purple coraline algea

Turbo snails should clear up the green, but will not touch your coraline algea which you want to keep

can i keep the green algae i mean, will it cause issues if i left it alone.

that sort of algea does not should not really cause any real problems as long as it does not get thick and wavey, if it does that, it spreads real quick and can engulf any corals you put in there, i am trying to keep the green in my tank to a minimum.

i got a turbo snail but i have a problem still. my LR has developed a brown stuff on one of the smaller pieces along with some white that looks like cement lol. what is this brown stuff it looks kind of mossy.
also one of my clowns have developed a small bump the size of a pin-head very tiny near it's mouth. should i worry??
