aye it put me on a downer a bit cos in a nasty way I'd rather it had happened to some of the other fish. I was looking forward to 10 plus more years of him

its really crap when things like that happen! you try you best to keep beautiful fish in a tank, get there and then this happens!
i had the pink tailed chalceus, beautiful fish, fussy eater really skinny, took me ages to fatten up and get to eat regularly on frozen foods. an absolutely stunning fish. cleaning out the tank last week and went mad and had a heart attack or something and died!
you can do your best to prevent accidents but you can't always stop them from happening.
this is why if you find yourself with a stunning fish appreciate every minute you have it!

that was a really nice plec! wouldn't mind one myself.
i was looking at plecs yeaterday and saw one i really want, called L024 red fin cactus pleco. really nice.
still want another L122 orange seam pleco and a couple of |LDA33 snowball plecs!!!!

Was a stunning pleco, i aint seen one of those before and i thought i'd seen most i'm a keen pleco hunter... always looking for rare ones.
