My Jd's

Hi,
Just thought I would post to show how my guys are growing, the regular is about 4-5"s and I have had him about 6-7months, the electric is about 2-3", and have had him about 5 months, he is finding it hard to compete with the wetmori's that are in the tank, but he is doing better since I introduced sinking food which he gets more of a fair share of.

Looking at the other posts, I think they are both males, any thoughts would be appreciated, I'm bothered enough to find out by venting them, which I've never done before and I think I would take too long to do it, and would stress them out too much.

Based solely on the gill markings, I'd guess that the "normal" jd is female.

I would say the norm jd is female and the eb could possibly be a male, but he may be a little to immature still to tell

The normal is probably a female. The other is too small to tell, wait till he grows to 4" then you will be able to tell.
