My Java Fern plant seems to have some kinda spiky fuzz on it... it looks like a little brown spiked dust ball.... any ideas?
It's on the very end of one of my leaves... this normal?

Thanks!

It sounds like it might be a new plantling. Java ferns reproduce by creating baby plants on the ends of their leaves which have their own brown roots. The new plant will eventually float away from the mother plant and you can tie it to a log or rock and put it wherever you like.

HTH. :)
