Hehe he had just had live brine shrimp and hogged it down I get the feeling the LFS hadnt fed him in a good while because on day 1 he devoured his pellets!

- its normal for bettas bellies to swell after eating but not normal for the swelling to remain, you would watch out for scales pine coning and difficulty swimming

Thank you to all the people who said he's pretty He's very active and likes to flare for no reason so I think he knows he's goodlooking! maybe I should call him Narsisis - bit long mind! I'll keep thinking

Oh he is so stunning. It took me a while to warm to CTs. Not sure why...I want a CT and a HM when i get my bigger tank set up.

Modaz thinks he is a Half Sun x CT cross a few generations down so can we think of names to do with the sun? Im not good on my Greek gods etc but would like something a bit fancy but pronounceable!

Thank you he's doing so well now he looks loads better he has a 2ft tank (divided 4ft with Zen) that I got for free! so I pad 14pounds for the whole set up! 4 pounds for the heater! 10 pounds for the divider!

He's built his first bubble nest and he's eating well (he did have a problem with his mouth)

lol thanks I guess he is! I hadnt heard of a CT x HS I might take a video of him he's a show off! funny normally I seek out the unusual one's but I genuinely thought he just looked nice....once my other half pointed him out! now he's proud of himself ! and he says he doesnt like bettas so when he and I both liked this dude I had to make space for him!
