my gold fish has a skinny under side and has lost the ability to swim

yes he tries to eat but he is stuck at the bottom he is currently housed with 2 aries buenos tetras and a cory catfish

i have had the tank for close to a year i just did a water change 50% yesterday i havent added anything to the tank in a long time

i have had the fish for a while since it was about an inch long it is now 4 inches

You need to check those ASAP, unsafe parameters are almost always the cause of a sick fish.
