My Fw Tank

Beautiful tank you got there but like was said before that chaca chaca will soon be eating the rest of em, even if they are of a similar size. Why do fish have to go and eat each other, why cant they just all be nice and get along eh?

In all honestly its a stupid selection of fish, that will end in disaster at some point. I think you should also have a read up on the Chaca and see what they will eat compared to their size...

No sugar coating the pill there then :)

I know it is a strange mix and I am keeping a very close eye on the tank

The Chaca Chaca is the least of my problems - It is/was tiny and I have only seen it once since it was intruduced so I don't know if it has survived

the chaca chaca is now probably much bigger lol. apart from the oo-er stocking (which you know about) I love that tank, much prefer jungle e.t.c. look to that crappy zen

I think if you want all those fish, and want them to survive long term now is the time to start arranging permenant living quarters for them. One for the Puffer, one for the Chaca and one for the Exodons....at least.

Well I'll see how it goes

Worse case some of the fish will be rehomed

I had a bit of a rearrange

I got my plants online and they were planted very haphazardly

A water lily bulb was accidentally planted at the front of the tank - the water lily was blocking out a lot of light so I've removed some of the leaves and moved it to the back of the tank

And another rearrange

PLants are now a bit thinned out - something has been snacking :(

I've moved the wood about a bit and now realise I need to move the plants about a bit

I decided I wasn't happy with my setup so on Saturday I sold most of my fish and replaced them with community fish

I'm really pleased with the result
