Have you got photo's of the other one? The one you posted above is a definite male. Also, can you tell me your tank size and what other fish you have? These fish are active and preferably need a bigger tank than you'd think.

4ft x 3ft x 3ft 2 German rams 6 female guppies 3 platies 1 red tail black shark 1 Pakistani loach

Female?

Tank size is good. However I'd watch the RTS for bullying your fish, they can become nasty. As far as I'm aware they usually only become nasty to other shark or catfish shaped fish but I've always been warned to watch them anyway. Second one looks like a very, very stressed female but watch it once it colours up a bit.

Ok I only got the new fish this morning so still settling in

As the two Golden Wonders mature, the male will more than likely harrass a single female constantly, they are far better kept as a hareem with 3+ females to a male.

By chance I rescued 3 fry in my Rio240 back in 2010, but they were rather fiesty with each other and so only one beautiful male survived to be a teenager and hopefully beyond, I felt I had to rehome him because male Golden Wonders are reknowned for fighting to the death.

I had a pair and they were fine, both bred readily. It was more the female harrassing the male in my pair  I did have 2 females and a male but one female bullied the second female and she died :(

+1 for NOTG's advice. I had a male and 2 females, and he hounded them terribly and I lost both. I'd get a few more females so that any aggression is spread out.

I had odd fish then :/
In mine one of the 2 females bullied the other female and she died and then the pair(my male and the female that was left) bred readily every week. Before when I had a trio they wouldn't breed, after one female was gone they bred readily.
