Sp about a week and a half in on my first ever tank, and everything seems to be going my way. but I've noticed something a bit odd.
I've got 8 endlers of varying ages from small juveniles to adult females, and 16 Cardinal Tetras. When I feed them, it's usually a small pinch of flakes, and wait a bit, and another small pinch, and they usually lose interest by the third small pinch. I'm feeding Tetramin Tropical Flakes, and also bloodworms once every 3-4 days (2-3 times a week).
The thing is, they will not eat the pink flakes. Both species will chomp on them and spit them out, or ignore them completely, and they just float down to the bottom. The greens, yellows and reds get snatched up no problem.
Any ideas why?
