My fish from Ebay

Welp, I just took a gamble and bid on an item from a seller with zero feedback. I have some money to burn (for once,) and figured I'd see exactly what I can get from this auction. The auction says it's for one giant male plakat, "assorted colour," but I emailed the seller and he told me that all his fish are identical to the one in the photo. I'll be paying for the auction as soon as he emails me, so in a couple of days, we'll see if I get my money's worth
I was hoping he had females as well, but alas, only males.

Nope, not at all!
It would be false advertising if it were, though. Like I said, I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping I get something good. I'd be satisfied with a regular ol' plakat, actually, since I've been wanting one for quite a while. As long as it doesn't turn up a veiltail, I'll be pleased *roflol*

Alright. I've got a rather large betta, but not 3 inches.. that's huge.. Jake's body is about 2 3/8ths of an inch NOT including fins.. and I had to put him in my band to measure him with the ruler.. lol. So it's exact.. he's a big boy.. but i know it's nothing out of the ordinary.

wow my ct's body is only like 1 1/2 long and y vt has a body like 2 inces long, 3 inches is huge. on ebay u can userally buy insurance on it so it its not what u bid on then u can get all ur cash back

Whew, thanks for reassuring me, lol! I have indeed seen true giant plakats on Aquabid before, so I'm hoping that's what I found on Ebay.

Alrighty. I just paid for him, and asked the seller his approximate age (the auction said he was young, but I hadn't thought to ask exactly how young.) Should be getting news about the arrival date soon

i found one in a fish shop here (in Malaysia)... he's about 3 1/2 inches long...
and it's green... but the owner said it's kinda old... that's why he's big...
he's selling that betta for bout RM 8 ( i think about USD2)...
