My Fish Commit Suicide

I've only had one fish jump out on me so far and that was a guppy and it was a long time ago, found him all dried up on the floor under the tank stand the next day!

I'm getting a bit worried now.. i've got a hood oher my tank, but there are holes in the back of it where the cables go for the filter, etc, and they'd be big enough for any of my fish to wriggle out of?
Are guppies, white cloud minnows, bronze cories or pakistani loaches big jumpers?

Loaches can, I've had a pakistani/yoyo do it. I also just put 3 more botia kubotai in my tank. When acclimating them to the new water, I empty the bag into a 5 gal bucket and slowly add tank water. They were jumping out of the water and sliding down the bucket back into the water. Throwing some plants into the bucket calmed them down though.

not so sure about the rest though. Pretty much any fish can jump out, it's just a matter of how likely.

The corys will probably jump without meaning too. They like to make quick runs to the surface to get a gulp of air and will sometimes break te water in the process.
