My fish are dieing

I've had 4 fish die in the last 3 days. 1 zebra danio, then 3 pencile fish. It looks like the pooped out a bloody bowel. Right now there is one zebra that is going to die, it looks like it's guts are all bloody. How do I explain this, the area around it's intestines is red and it don't eat and jst sits still. I took a sample of my water to the LFS and all levels were good.
The bad thing i did was I bought 12 zebra danios from wallmart and I think they have some disease, but 10 of them look really healthy, for now.
The LFS didn't have marycine II so they gave me this

Will this work? or is this just for external problem?

Can anyone help?

sounds like you may have internal paracites in which case I'm not sure how much melafex will help you

Jungle Brand Internal Parasite Meds
-Pepso Food
-Parasite Clear

OR

-Metronidazole

These are just names of meds in a catolog I have that treat Internal parasites. Try one if you can get them.

Could also be bacterial, so you can use melafix first to see or try parasite meds first.

I wish it could be someting as easy as ich, then ya know. I never lost a fish to ich, see'm itch, look for the spots, treat, all better. But this, not knowing, could it be just unhealthy fish I just bought, and the rest will live?
The thing that gets me, 5 neons died, 3 zebra danois died, 4 pencile fish died but not one white cloud died.
Also i'm missing 4 neons and 2 cardinals, never found the bodies.

maybe its camellanus? i found a PDF about diagnosis and treatment. if it is that it looks fairly ez to cure if you can find
