My first plakat....

The male plakat I had which I thought was a female didn't have a big beard either but was very agressive to the other girls.

Can you put it near another male to see if it bars up or goes crazy?

I did the mirror trick and it flared up like crazy for a couple seconds then chased after a neon tetra... I dunno It's not too hostile towards my other females...

Edit: I have come to the conclusion that It is a She I dipped her in a males tank(in a clear cup) and she was very recessive and didn't flare at all Her colors change a lot too, no noticable stripes but it changes from bright red to dull red. The experts where right, I wasn't as smart as a tawt
