hi i am quite new to fishkeeping and just wanted to know what types of fish you have?
i will start off by telling you what i have got . my tank is a planted 250l tank that has :2 honey gournamis, 2 clown loaches ,3 sterbas corydoras, 1 siamese flying fox, 6 rummy noses , 7 black neons ,1 bristle nose plec (with white tail !)
and 2 rams .thank you and please post your aquarims and what you think about mine !!! ")

250L for your first aquarium? lucky person! ;) sounds like a pretty cool set up! you got any pics? i also have a bristlenose plec :) i've recently started my first fish tank, 64L planted although a lot of my plants have died off then again i have a few that are doing really well, im waiting on a plant delivery, ordered some last week cant wait to get them :) lol i got 3 harlequins, gonna get some more soon did have 2 platys but one died last night :( and like i already said the bristlenose :) you got quite a nice collection of fish too :)

Nice selection, you need to up the corys to 6 or more to make them behave naturaly.

I'm also very envious of that tank size! I started out with just a five gallon!

Right now I have two tanks:

20 gallon planted

4 male guppies
6 glowlite rasboras
2 albino cats, 2 bronze cory, 1 peppered cory, 1 panda cory (I know they don't school together...they are all rescues and so I ended up with a mixed bag)
2 sparkling gourami
A mess of ghost shrimp and cherry shrimp

10 gallon planted

1 male betta
Soon to have 6 chili rasboras
Soon to have 3 mini moth catfish

I'm upgrading the 20 gallon soon to a 55 gallon, and the stock will probably look like this:

4 males guppies
3-4 sparkling gourami
15-20 black neons
8 glowlite rasboras

I'm just not sure how to increase the cory cats to make them more comfortable because of the weird mix.

:) thank you for all your comments. i might be getting another 3 corycats soon .and another siemese flying fox (as hes a bit lonely) :D .

sounds good, any pics?

the suggestion about the corys is a good one as they do look good in a little group and sterbai are stunning especially when adult
