i'm going to guess that 150L is somewhere in the neighborhood of 40 US gallons. IF it were me, i would buy a Fluval 305 or 405(i've purchased brand new ones on ebay for as little as $70 USD, but they are worth every penny no matter how much you pay). AND one foam (sponge) filter run off of an air pump. i prefer Hydro V pro sponges and Fusion air pumps, and they are far more effective if you use an air stone in the filter instead of just letting the air bubble out.

actually, if you can find one, the fluval U4 or 205 would work just as well on a tank that small. but if you upgrade you'd also have to upgrade your canister filter. i'd rather buy the 405 to start with and then when you decide you want a larger tank you can just move your already established filter to the new tank.
