when I see people post about how their normaly hyper aggerssive mbuna are an exception to the rule and their wittle fish would never hurt anyone I wonder to myself,... 1 how long has this person been in the hobby. 2 how old is the fish.

no problems at all with the mbuna, they have there own tank. Its my happs that are causing me the odd fish loss. have put the livingstoni and venustus into the quarantine tank and will see about adding them back into the main tank when the rest have grown another inch or two.

look at my signature peoples i have got auratus in with lots of things!

anything is possible IMO i know of people keeping silver sharks with cichlids etc.

Look at the size of your tank lol, thats the only reason it works. Mix that lot up in a 55 gal and you'd have carnage.

Amen ferris Amen!

hey but what a great idea for an experiment!!! you in for it jamie?? :hey:

lets take all of your mbuna and cram them into a 55.....NO!!!!! a 29!!!!! YEAA BABY :grr:

Sorry wolf but what is off-topic about discussing Malawi cichlids in an African forum, which the majority of this post concerns.
