Awwww...what a lovely kitty! Even without her tail she looks lovely!
How horrible of the neighbors!!!!! People like that anger me so much! I'm glad they got the bill - they should have.

yup its cause she was fighting with their cat.... instead of gettin a bucket of cold water (like normal ppl) the stupid mare threw a freshly boild kettle over her... i didnt know where she was until i went outside we have an old type storing block for coal and she had crawled in there.
the blisters she got were terrible wich in turn when they poped made her lose patches of skin, at the time she was preggas also, she lost all kittens she was due to give birth
the amputation of her tail came about because biggest part of the water hit her back end.. her tail was too bad to save, all shes got now is like a little stump wich she loves havin scratched, but she was in a mess for ages she couldnt clean her self an the antibiotics made her have a case of the runs... she didnt have look a mess


i thought it might come to the point where we might have to put her to sleep, but happily she pulled through shes my daughters cat follows her around everywhere even sleeps on her bed snuggled up close to her

my daughter loves her to bit's like we all do


and thats her story lol

ADORABLE kitty!!! She's so cute! I am sorry to hear about the way your kitty was mistreated. I HATE and I do mean HATE people who mistreat and abuse animals. My cat doesn't have a tail because she was cruely ran over with a lawn mower when she was a kitten. No more than 1 week old. She was lucky to be alive. She's happy now, and here is a picture to prove it.

Poor poor cats. It deppresses me thinking that cats out there are going thru the same thing, but noone to look after them

No one could have done that to Max. He is WAY to fast and agile. He can outrun ANYTHING!!!!!! If anyone did that to Lola, they had better say their last words REAL quickly. Sorry to hear about your cat.

Not trying to ruin the moment but why isn't your cat fixed? That's probably why she was fighting with the other cats. And there are thousands of cats in shelters, why would you want to add more cats to this world?!?!?!?!

It's always good to spay and neuter animals...


Sorry, I work at a vets office and I see cats and kittens killed every day because no one wants them or don't want the pregnant mom. Just fix the cat to begin with and it would save a whole lot of problems.

BUT THAT LADY HAD NO RIGHT TO THROW HOT WATER ON YOUR CAT!!!!!!!

I'm so sorry to hear the awful things that happened to both of your cats. You would think that the woman having a cat of her own would have thought twice about throwing scalding water on your cat, but I guess people just don't use their brains. And I can't believe that someone would run over a tiny kitten with a lawnmower!!! Do you know if it was intentional or not?

Everyone has such adorable kitties!! I miss having a cat, but I'm waiting until I have a normal house to get another one.

sorry to hear that, i dont know what my cat would do without her tail. but look at the bright side, my neighbors just bought two manx kittens (tailless) and they were about $120 each.
