My Favorite Angel Is Gone...

Bummer. Its awful when you lose a favourite fish :/
I didnt even realise that they could jump

what the I thought dog dont like fish. Oh well :rip: little angel :(.

... I'm pretty sure as well that Angels can't jump.
Most fish jump as a sign of high nitrates though.

R.I.P. :flowers:

I'm kinda of newbie, so maybe I'm wrong, but I know my angels have jumped before and the parameters were all normal. They haven't jumped out of my tank, but they have tried during feeding time, and when I put them in the tank for the first time I had two jump out of the net. So maybe, just maybe, they jump.

If angels are spooked they will jump. I've had them jump out of tanks during water changes, or while netting.

Well, I have this other Angel, cept right now he's in the hospital tank. But ever since I had him in there, that angel would get really jumpy, I could here him jump in the night, those two were best buds, I guess he got to spooked of his freind being gone...

I did a water change the day before. I haven't done one since. So, I tested the water.
Amonia: some where between 0 and .25 (That's not high, right?)
Nitrites: 0
Nitrates: .4
pH: 7.3

That's all I got. I always declorinate the water, and if I have algea over growth, I use an algae remover.
