My electric blue

To me, crayfish are so much more fun to have than most other aquatic creatures, so much more personality.

lol WOOO he sticks out like a sore thumb...i love him though!!! has he gotten any of your fish yet? if u dont mind me asking how much did u pay for him...lol and in american if your from england...thanks!!! jared

Oh ya, he's caught a few here and there.

I paid 29.99 canadian for him.
Probably about 20 american.
I spose it all depends on your lfs, and how much it cost them to get them.

Either way, 29.99 Canadian is worth it, he's cool. :D

lol i love goign to cananda with american money...but come on u cant say that it isnt fun to watch him chow down on a fish! :p

Actually, the first time I watched my cray eat a live fish I was rather disturbed.
You see, when she catches one she eats it, well, alive, then when she's had her full she lets it go, still alive and half eaten.

One, I felt sorry for the half a fish trying to swim, and two, I had to take it out and dipose of it so it wouldnt eventually soil the tank.

I've found that each time she catches one, I have to "give" it back to her, upon doing so she'll eat some more, but eventually I do have to take the rest out.

I also have to stir up her hiding spots during water changes to "find" parts she may of burried in the sand.

But, either way, she's cool to watch. :D
