HI,

MY pepper spawn but i did not not notice the eggs so now some got eaten and now i have abt 5 fry. Do i have to protect then from the cories and shrimps??What do they eat??Im just feeding the same stuff as i used to, is it possible for them to survive???

Congrats :hyper:

I've had panda and Trilineatus fry survive in my community tank, they share with angels, harlequins, cardinals and Amano shrimp, as well as BN, all the cories, 2 L260 and 3 L010a's.

I have a heavily planted community tank with loads of bog wood, so the babies hide there and have so far done ok. I suppose they eat what I feed their parents, as I didn't know about them for the first few weeks. There were quite a few at one point, but I have only got 1 panda fry I see regularly, the others seem to have been eaten.

Good luck, I normally remove my fry to another tank, and the eggs when I see them spawn. I feed mine microworms, and eventually grindal worm and commercial foods.

:D
