I have live plants in for them to get food off of that. Then I have "Wardley Small Fry." It's a kind of liquid based food for fry that's mosty made of egg yolk. I'm feeding them that for there first week, then switching to baby brine shrimp. Which petsmart sells the starter culture for $3.00. So instead of paying the large shipping fees guys, check out your local petsmart of baby brine shrimp eggs first.
They hatched on Sunday night. What day do you guys usually do your first partial water changes? Dad is not eating right now and I'm worried. He is just swiming around really sad and not very active. He had a fat belly when I took him out so I think he was eating the babies while he was caring for them. how do i get him to eat or does it just take time? Thanks everyone for your help!
